How many nails come in a set?
Each set includes 10 press-on nails, ensuring you have enough nails for each finger. Be sure to check your nail measurements using the sizing kit before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

How long do the nails stay on?
The duration of wear depends on your application method:

• 1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from cuticle to tip. Keep glue with you in case of emergency.
• 5-7 days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue on each natural nail and a little on the back of the press-on nail. Spread glue evenly but don’t get too close to the skin to avoid dispersal when pressure is applied.
• 7-12 days: Follow the full instructions provided with your press-on nail set for longer-lasting wear.

What comes in the package?
Your order will include the set of press-on nails you’ve selected and an application kit. The kit contains a mini bottle of nail glue, a nail buffer, a wooden cuticle pusher, and an alcohol wipe for easy prep.

What do I do if my package is lost?
Once your package is handed to the carrier, Aija's Creations is not responsible for any delivery issues. If the address you provided was correct, please contact the local post office or courier responsible for your delivery.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes, the nails are reusable! If they are still in good condition after removal, gently buff off any old glue from the back of the nails and reapply as usual.

How do I figure out my nail size?
Please refer to the provided nail sizing chart to determine your correct nail size. If you're unsure, we recommend using Aija’s Creations Press-On Nail Sizing Kit for an accurate fit.

The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?
If the standard sizes do not fit, select the "custom" option at checkout and leave your nail measurements in the instruction box. For example: Thumb: 15mm, Index: 12mm, Middle: 13mm, Ring: 12mm, Pinky: 10mm.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please ensure you double-check your nail size and order details before placing your order.
Claims for quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your product.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Please allow 5-15 days for processing and shipping your press-on nails. All nails are carefully handcrafted, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
